Darby Williams DVM

Dr. Darby Williams graduated from the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine in 2020. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biology with minors in English and Psychology from Albion College. During her time in veterinary school, Dr. Williams spent summers working here at BAPH as a veterinary assistant.

Following Veterinary School, Dr. Williams moved to the Washington D.C. area, where she worked at an Emergency and Critical Care facility. There, she enjoyed the hustle and bustle of a big city, and the wide variety of cases it brought in to the Emergency Room. She was born and raised in Traverse City, and ultimately decided to return home to continue her career. She is most excited about being close to family, friends, and rejoining the Bay Area team members with whom she worked alongside with years prior.

Outside of work, Dr. Williams enjoys traveling. Her travels have included veterinary spay/neuter trips to countries such as Ecuador and Nicaragua. When not at the hospital, she is often enjoying the outdoor activities Northern Michigan has to offer with her golden retriever mix, Dune.
